About Jaclyn
I’m not here to fix you, I’m here to walk with you.
Hi, I’m Jaclyn, a dancer, wellness guide, and creative who’s learned that healing doesn’t have to mean hustling harder.
For years, I lived for the next performance, the next class, the next goal holding it all together while quietly burning out underneath it. And trust me, I was the person to say that will NEVER happen to me. I know what it feels like to have your body ring the alarms that you need rest but fear slowing down and s wonder where you fit into your own story.
These spaces aren’t about perfection or performance.
It’s a place to breathe, reconnect, and return to yourself through movement, stillness, and a little bit of faith.
You don’t need fixing. You just need room to remember who you already are.

I have a dog who’s basically my little guru, she teaches me presence better than any book ever could!
I’m engaged to my best friend, and have learned that love is less about perfection and more about partnership.
I’ll never say no to a sunrise hike, wildflowers, or fresh air that smells like possibility.
I love food. Cooking, sharing, savoring, it’s how I connect, celebrate, and come back to myself.
Family grounds me, they’re the roots beneath everything I build.
Dance has been my longest love story. We took time apart, but found our way back stronger, freer, softer.
Music is medicine. It heals, holds, and reminds me who I am.
Friendship and joy are part of my wellness practice. laughter really does recalibrate the soul.
I’m still figuring it out, but I’ve learned that the in-between can be the sweetest part.
